HCHS 2024 Trunk or Treat

Join us for a fun-filled evening of collecting candy from vehicle owners who have creatively decorated their trunks for our family-friendly Trunk or Treat event to benefit the Henry County Humane Society. Participants are encouraged to decorate their own trunk, tailgate, or hatchback and provide candy for all the treaters. Let's make this a spooktacular event together! 🎃🚗🍬

When: Saturday October 26th from 5:00-7:00 pm

Where: Henry County FairGrounds,  821 S Perry St, Napoleon, OH 43545

How Much: Sign up a trunk for FREE, admission per person is free with contribution to donation drive suggested 

What: Registered cars dress up and pass out candy to those that come to participate with a donation drive benefiting the shelter, more things to come possible 50/50 raffle, Food trucks, truck decorating contest and more.

RULES:

Registration is FREE, registartion is still required per car so we know who to expect  Donated item to the shelter to participate in the treating and all goes to the animal shelter

-All registrations are due by 5pm on Friday, October 18th

-All participants must provide their OWN candy for distribution, HCHS will NOT provide candy  -Please be courteous to your trunk neighbors and keep your decorations confined to your parking space

-No amplified music OTHER THAN Halloween themed music (no profanity or vulgar language)  -No electricity will be provided for Trunkers

-Selling  is prohibited at this event

-ALL trunks and their owners will be photographed

-Vehicles must arrive NO LATER than 4:00pm and be decorated and ready to go by 5:00pm for official judging, “People's Choice” judging will take place until 6:00p and will be announced no later than 6:30pm

-Vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking lot until the conclusion of the event at 7:00pm

-All vehicles will be assigned an entry number at Check In.

-Entry numbers must be placed on the right upper most visible location to ensure “People's Choice” voters can identify vehicle

-Vehicle owners must provide proof of insurance, vehicle registration and driver’s license with registration form.

-Only properly registered vehicles will be allowed to participate in this event. License plate numbers will be verified at this event
